BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3/4 c. beef broth
1/4 tsp. bouquet sauce
1 lb. beef sirloin steak (boneless)
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Hot cooked egg noodles

In 2-quart casserole, combine onion and butter. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, until onion is tender, stirring once. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in mushrooms, broth and bouquet sauce. Microwave at high for 3 to 4 minutes, or until mixture begins to thicken, stirring 1 to 2 times. Stir in beef. Cover. Microwave on medium-high for 7 to 9 minutes. Stir every 2 minutes. Blend in sour cream. Microwave on medium-high for 1 minute. Serve with noodles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
