CHICKEN POT PIE 
3 c. Bisquick
1 sm. chicken
1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
3 med. potatoes, cooked and diced
1 pkg. chicken gravy mix

Boil chicken until done. Reserve juice, adding gravy mix and thicken.

In large bowl combine cut up chicken, peas and carrots and diced potatoes. Add salt, pepper and a little garlic salt. After thickening gravy add about a cup and a half to mixture.

In bowl mix Bisquick with milk until forms pasty dough. Grease and flour 13x9 dish. Flour hands and pat dough in dish covering bottom. Add chicken to mixture.
