HOMINY CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can hominy, drained
1/2 grated onion
1 c. sour cream
3/4 to 1 c. Jack cheese, shredded
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
Salt
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
Buttered bread or corn flake crumbs on top

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serves 6.
