“ORANGE RUM BUTTER” IS IN:

ORANGE RUM BUTTER 
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. freshly grated ginger
zest of 1 orange, grated
3 tablespoons Captain Morgan rum
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom seed (optional)
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tablespoon frozen orange concentrate or:
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
1 drop pure vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients, stirring together until well mixed.
