DEVILED EGGS 
6 hard cooked eggs
1 c. minced ham, chicken or turkey
1 tsp. minced parsley
2 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or Russian dressing

Cut eggs in halves lengthwise. Remove yolks, mash; add meat, parsley, butter, salt, paprika and mustard. Blend in mayonnaise; fill halves of egg whites. Chill.
