SPICY POTATO SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
4 C potatoes, peeled & cubed (1/2 in cubes)
1 small onion chopped
3 cans (8 oz) tomato sauce
4 C water
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 to 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce

In dutch oven or large kettle brown beef. Drain. Add potatoes, onion & tomato sauce. Stir in water, salt, pepper, & hot sauce. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender & soup has thickened.
