GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
8 med. to lg. potatoes, boiled, skinned & cooled
4-5 boiled eggs, chopped
10-12 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
2-3 tbsp. bacon grease
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. mustard

Saute onions in bacon grease on low heat until transparent. In measuring cup mix vinegar with water and set aside.

In bowl add flour, sugar and salt. Add this to vinegar mixture and put into bacon grease. Stir over low heat until thick. Add mustard and stir, now add chopped egg and pour over chopped potatoes. Add crumbled bacon.
