TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CAKE | |
1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) Jello chocolate pudding and pie filling (NOT INSTANT) 2 c. milk 1 pkg. (2 layer size) chocolate cake mix 2 eggs 1 pkg. (12 oz. size) chocolate baking chips Prepare pudding mix with milk as directed on package for pudding; do not chill. While pudding cools slightly, combine cake mix with eggs and mix with a fork for about 1 minute or until blended (mixture will be thick). Blend in warm pudding. Fold in chops. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed with finger. (Do not overbake.) Cool 15 minutes in pan; remove from pan by placing a full-sized dinner plate or cake dish bottom on top of warm cake in tube or bundt pan and invert. |
