PINEAPPLE MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. crushed pineapple, with juice

Mix together and fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Makes about 18 muffins.
