FRESH STRAWBERRY FREEZE 
20 marshmallows
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 c. sweetened crushed strawberries

Combine marshmallows and lemon juice in top of double boiler. Heat until marshmallows are melted. Cool slightly. Fold in whipped cream and strawberries. Pour into refrigerator tray and freeze until firm. (Nice served in sherbet dishes.) Serves 6.
