9 oz. Irish whiskey
1 can condensed milk (not evaporated)
1/2 pt. heavy cream
2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
1 tsp. coconut extract
2 eggs

Put in blender and whip; chill. If you like it a little lighter add more heavy cream.
