LAYERED SALAD 
lettuce (as the first layer)
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Bell pepper
Purple onion

Whatever other vegetables you want like chopped carrots or celery.

Bacon bits (Hormel)

Mix together 2 cups of mayonnaise with 1 package Good Seasons Italian or Garlic Herb salad dressing. Spread mixture on top of layered salad. Top with grated sharp Cheddar cheese. Cover with Glad Wrap and refrigerate 24 hours.
