2 c. crushed pretzels 1/2 c. butter 3 tbsp. sugar Or can use for crust: CRUST: 1 1/2 sleeve of Ritz or Club crackers, crushed 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter Prepare either crust and pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. 8 oz. cream cheese 1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip 2 pkgs. Myty-fine lemon pudding 1 lg. Cool Whip Blend cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over crust. Prepare Myty-fine pudding according to directions - cool. Spread over creamed cheese layer. Top with Cool Whip. Variation - Use 2 packages chocolate instant pudding. |
