SAUTEED GREEN AND RED PEPPER 
2 slices bacon, cut up
2 tbsp. butter
2 green peppers, cut into 1/4-inch strips
2 red peppers, cut into 1/4-inch strips
1 sm. onion, chopped (about 1/4 c.)
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. cumin seed
1 tsp. dried oregano seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Snipped cilantro

Cook and stir bacon in butter in 10-inch skillet until crisp; remove and drain. Cook and stir peppers and onion in same skillet over medium heat 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream and cilantro. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream; sprinkle with cilantro. Yield: 6 servings.
