THREE CHEESE CHICKEN 
8 oz. lasagna noodles (12), cooked
3 c. cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. grated American cheese

SAUCE:

1 c. chopped onion
1 c. diced green peppers
1 sm. jar pimientos
2 sm. cans mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. cooking sherry
1/3 c. milk

Slowly saute the first 4 sauce ingredients for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Then add cream of mushroom soup, cooking sherry and milk.

After all ingredients are prepared, layer in greased casserole dish, using half of each ingredients in the following order: noodles, chicken, cottage cheese, American cheese, Parmesan cheese and sauce. Repeat, using remaining half of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
