CHILE SOUP 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 c. water
2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans kidney beans
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin

Brown ground beef with onion in Dutch oven. Drain fat. Stir in tomato paste and stewed tomatoes. Break up tomatoes. Add water, beans, garlic, chili powder, salt and cuMixn. Mi well. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Makes 9 cups.
