MANDARIN ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. pkg. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (12 oz.) can concentrated orange juice
2 c. mandarin oranges, drained

TOPPING:

1 sm. carton cream, whipped
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 lg. banana, mashed
1 tbsp. mayonnaise

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add orange juice concentrate and stir until the orange juice is dissolved. Place the Mandarin oranges in the bottom of a 28 x 18 4 centimeter dish and pour the Jello over the top. Just before serving, combine the whipped cream, crushed pineapple, banana and mayonnaise. Spread the topping over the set Jello.
