ROBIN'S EASY CRAWFISH CORNBREAD 
1 pkg. crawfish tails
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning (I use McCormick)
1 cup chopped vegetables (onions, bell peppers, celery, etc.)
1 egg
1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
chopped jalapeno peppers, to taste

Thaw crawfish tails. Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes.
