REFRESHING PEA SALAD 
1 (17 oz.) can peas
Chopped green pepper
1 tsp. chopped pimiento
2 tbsp. chopped celery
2 tbsp. diced sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. pickle relish
Diced hard-cooked egg
1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Drain peas and set aside. Combine next 6 ingredients and mix well. Add peas, eggs, mayonnaise and toss gently. Chill thoroughly.
