MARINATED PEA SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) can shoe peg corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can French style green beans, drained
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can English peas, drained
1 c. celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, chopped & drained
1 c. carrot, grated

MARINADE:

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 c. sugar
Salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Combine all ingredients for salad. Mix marinade and bring to a boil. Pour over salad; chill. (Make 1 to 2 days prior to serving.)

Will keep several weeks. Good with ham or barbecue, or by itself.
