SUNSHINE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
2 c. hot water
3 bananas
1 1/4 c. cold water
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve 1/2 c. juice)
1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows

TOPPING:

1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
4 oz. cream cheese
1 bowl Cool Whip, divided
Coconut

Dissolve Jello in hot water; add cold water. Pour in drained pineapple. Let set until firm. Slice bananas on this and add marshmallows on top.

Mix together pineapple juice, sugar, flour and egg; cook until thick. Add cream cheese and 1/2 cup Cool Whip. Spread on chilled salad. Cover top with Cool Whip and coconut.
