PLAIN DILL PICKLES 
Cucumbers to fill 6 qt. jars (sliced or chunks)
6 heads dill
2 qt. water
1 1/2 qt. vinegar
1 c. plain salt (not iodized)

Wash cucumbers and pack into clean jars with dill. Bring to boil liquid. Mix while boiling hard; pour over cucumbers and seal jars tightly.
