BAKED CHICKEN AND CHEESE 
10 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
12 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. bag stuffing mix
1 stick butter, melted

Salt and pepper chicken. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with cheese. Stir soup before pouring over cheese. Sprinkle stuffing on top. Pour butter over stuffing. Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours. Remove foil during last 20 minutes to crisp bread crust.
