ELEGANT SCALLOPED CORN 
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn or your own frozen corn, thawed
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/3 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onion
3/4 c. American cheese cubed or shredded
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. butter, melted
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. paprika (sprinkled on top last)

Mix and pour into a 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
