CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. Mexican chili powder
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin (cominos)
1 tbsp. Grandma Molasses
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. water

Brown meat, onion, and garlic. Drain excess fat. Add the dry ingredients and mix. Add liquid ingredients. Mix well. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

For chili and beans, add 2 cups cooked pinto beans.
