CHEESE CAKE PIE 
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ready made pie crust (graham cracker tastes best)
1 can fruit topping

Thaw out to soften cream cheese. In a bowl add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat until slightly lumpy. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into pie crust. Chill 1 hour. Slice and serve with a spoonful of your favorite fruit topping over pie. Enjoy!
