ZUCCHINI PUDDING | |
3 c. thinly sliced zucchini (4 sm.) 1 c. Bisquick 1/2 c. chopped onion (1 med.) 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. snipped parsley 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1/2 c. oil 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram 1 chopped garlic clove 4 slightly beaten eggs Mix everything together, zucchini last. Bake 1 to 1-1/4 hours in a 350 degree oven. |
