CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head cauliflower, thinly sliced
1 (6 oz.) can black olives, pitted, drained & quartered
1 lg. green pepper, diced
1/4 c. chopped green onion
2 tsp. salt
2 med. sized tomatoes, diced
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing (fat free)

Mix well and marinate for 24 hours before serving.
