QUICK COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. sugar

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. cereal (Krispies or flakes)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 8" square pan. Beat milk and egg. Add Bisquick and sugar. Mix only to moisten dry ingredients. Turn into baking pan. Set aside. To make topping, melt butter and blend in brown sugar, cinnamon and cereal. Sprinkle the topping over the cake batter. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve warm.
