JAZEL-NUSSE 
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 lb. sugar
1/4 lb. hazel nuts, grated
5 oz. flour
2 egg yolks

Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks, then nuts and flour. Let stand until cold and roll out. Spread with egg whites which have been beaten lightly. Cut into heart shaped form (dough a bit crumbly). Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Makes about 50 cakes, 75 small. Use heart shaped cookie cutter.
