HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. croutons
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. instant minced onions
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Mix all ingredients except cheese and chips. Spoon into 9x13 inch dish. Sprinkle with cheese and chips. Bake uncovered at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
