HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped, blanched almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 med. size bag potato chips
Grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Put chicken in water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let the chicken simmer until tender. Cut into pieces. Mix the pieces of chicken and the next 7 ingredients together. Place in flat casserole dish. Spread potato chips and Cheddar cheese on top of mixture. Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes.
