1 med. cabbage, shredded 2 med. carrots, shredded 1 med. zucchini, shredded 1/2 c. finely chopped onion 1 sm. green pepper, diced 1 1/3 c. mayonnaise 2/3 c. sour cream 3 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. celery seeds 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Curly leaf lettuce Radishes Combine vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients, except lettuce. Cover, refrigerate 3 to 4 hours to blend flavors. To serve, line bowl with lettuce. Toss slaw and place in bowl. Garnish with radishes. |
