BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced almonds, toasted
4 to 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. grapes, cut in half
1/4 c. chopped scallion

Trim and cut broccoli into small florets. Blanch 3 to 5 minutes in boiling water. Combine all ingredients and mix with following dressing. (Serve immediately.)

Dressing:

1 c. Hellmann's mayo
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
