SWEDISH MEATBALLS | |
2 lb. ground beef 2 tsp. salt Dash of ginger 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. water Dash of allspice Pepper 2 eggs, slightly beaten 2 med. onions Add spices to ground beef and mix well. Chop onions fine. Add to meat. Mix in bread crumbs. Combine beaten eggs and water. Mix with meat. Form into small balls and fry until well browned. Continue cooking in fry pan or in oven until done. |
