SAZZY FISH 
1/2 lb. fillet fish or 2 fillets
2 green peppers, sliced
2 sm. onions, sliced
2 tbsp. olive oil (to fry)

SAUCE:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. plain yogurt
Pinch of salt and pepper
Few branches of mint

Saute onions followed by green peppers, set aside. Fry or boil the fish fillets. Do not over cook. Serve fish with onion and green peppers around it, add sauce to taste.

SAUCE: Blend mayonnaise and yogurt until smooth, add salt and pepper. Garnish with mint leaves.

Suggest serving with boiled or steamed rice.
