ARMARY CARROT CAKE 
Cream:

1 c. oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar

Add (after sifting together) :

3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Fold in:

2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. raisins

Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.

ICING:

Beat until smooth:

4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Spread on cooled cake.
