YUM YUM PUDDING 
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. cold water
1 (9 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Cook pineapple and sugar together for 5 minutes. Soak Jello in cold water. When pineapple is finished, put in cream cheese and Jello. When set, add a cup of whipping cream.
