EGG CASSEROLE | |
16 slices white bread cubed (without crust) 8 eggs 1 lb. browned pork sausage 1 tsp. dry mustard 3 c. milk 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. cornflakes 1 stick butter Mix the first six ingredients and pour into a large buttered casserole dish and refrigerate overnight. In the morning: sprinkle 1 cup of cornflakes over the top and dot with 1 stick of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12. |
