18 chicken wings 1/2 c. granulated sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. white wine 2/3 c. soy sauce 1/8 tsp. monosodium glutamate (opt.) Cut off tips of chicken wings. I do not use. Cut through second joint making 36 pieces. Mix together sugar, salt, wine, soy sauce and monosodium glutamate. Marinate chicken overnight in this mixture, stirring occasionally. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 400 degrees, watching carefully and turning every 10 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet immediately after cooking. Serve hot. These may be made ahead if frozen.
