SOUR CREAM COOKIE 
1/2 c. butter (do not substitute)
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Cream butter, sugar, egg; beat well. Add flour, salt, soda, baking powder, alternating with sour cream. Add vanilla, and almond extract. Chill overnight. Roll thin and cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 13 minutes.
