OLD FASHIONED RICE PUDDING 
2 c. milk
Pinch of salt
6 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. cooked rice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. raisins
Dash of cinnamon

Mix milk, sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs until well blended. Pour into a well buttered baking dish or glass bowl and stir in rice, raisins and lemon juice. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.

Place baking dish in a 325 degree oven for 50 minutes or until it is lightly browned and the custard is set. Custard is done when a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
