1 unbaked 10 inch pie shell
1/4 c. minced onions
4 eggs
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 c. shredded zucchini
2 c. half and half
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

Sprinkle cheese, onions and zucchini in pie shell. Beat eggs, add half and half and season. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees F. until center is firm (about 40 minutes).
