WILD RICE AND MUSHROOM STUFFING 
2 c. wild rice
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 c. chopped celery with leaves
8 tbsp. butter
4 c. chicken broth
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. chopped mushrooms
Salt and pepper

Cook wild rice, onions, celery in butter 5 minutes; add broth and mushrooms. Boil, cover, simmer 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly. Makes about 6 cups, enough for 1 (12 pound) turkey. Put in turkey just before putting in oven.
