WILD RICE AND MUSHROOM WITH
SAUSAGE
 
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 med. onion, minced
1/3 c. cream or milk
1 1/3 c. chicken broth or bouillon
1 box long grain wild rice - UNCLE BEN'S®

Brown sausage. Remove sausage and saute mushrooms in fat. Remove mushrooms from fat. Cook wild rice according to directions. Combine cream and broth in 2 1/2 quart casserole and add sausage, mushrooms, rice and onions. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 5-6.
