INSIDE-OUTSIDE RAVIOLI 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
Spinach liquid plus water to make 1 c.
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
1 (16 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 c. sm. shell macaroni
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. grated longhorn cheese
Parmesan cheese

Cook spinach as directed on package. Drain. Save liquid and add water to make 1 cup. Fry ground beef, onion, and salt in 2 tablespoons oil. Add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, paste, and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Cook macaroni until al dente, then drain and add spinach, eggs, 1/2 cup oil, bread crumbs, and cheese. Mix well and pour into greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan and pour sauce over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
