BROCCOLI SOUP 
4 c. water
2 c. chopped broccoli
2 c. chopped ham
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. potato, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. whole dried basil
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
Grated Parmesan cheese

Combine first 11 ingredients in Dutch oven. Bring to boil. Simmer 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon 1/3 at a time and blend in blender. Pour back and stir in milk. Simmer 20 minutes more and add cheese.
