CHICKEN TORTILLA CASSEROLE | |
1 med. onion, chopped 2 to 3 tbsp. butter 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 to 3 lbs. chicken, cooked & boned 1 c. chicken broth 12 corn tortillas 1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated Brown onion in butter. Combine onion, soups, and broth in a bowl. Add the chicken and mix well. In large dish (9 x 13 inch) place a layer of 6 torn tortillas - a layer of 1/2 the chicken mixture - a layer of 1/2 the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
