Butter
1 egg

Cut a hole in the center of the bread slice, with an upside-down drinking glass. Melt butter in small frying pan over low heat. Place bread in pan and break egg into the hole. Cook until the bread is golden on bottom. Turn the bread (with egg) over, putting in more butter, making sure it gets under the bread. Continue frying until the egg is done.
