SCALLOPED POTATOES AND HAM 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can soup
1/2 c. skim milk
3 c. sliced potatoes
3 c. cooked ham, diced
1/2 c. sliced onions
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Paprika
Pepper

Combine soup, milk and pepper. In 1 1/2 quart casserole arrange layers of potatoes, ham, onions and sauce. Cover, bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and paprika, bake 15 minutes more, until tender. Makes 6 servings. 1 serving = 2 fats, 1 bread, 1/2 milk.
